Animal nutrition company Nutreco Canada Inc. announced that it has entered into an agreement with Atlantic Poultry Inc. of Nova Scotia for the sale of the operating assets of Clark's Chick Hatchery Atlantic Provinces activities.
Both Nutreco Canada and Atlantic Poultry are Canada Poultry and Egg Processor members. All operations are to be transferred to Atlantic Poultry effective immediately.
